MEHIR Consultancy provides emotional wellness services to individuals and organizations. Our services include corporate wellness programs, online and face-to-face consultations with authorized psychological counsellors, self-assessments, workshops, self-help tools, and participation in user forums on our platform.
MEHIR Consultancy does not handle medical or psychological emergencies. In such cases, seek immediate in-person medical intervention.
Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site, as they apply to your use of our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. While we share proven natural remedies, you must conduct your own due diligence regarding the best steps for your health.

Our 20-minute pre-consultation remains complimentary unless otherwise notified before the appointment acceptance. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Access is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of our site without notice.
We will not be liable to you if our site is unavailable at any time or for any period except in relation to pre-arranged online consultations. In such cases, we will use reasonable endeavors to arrange an alternative consultation or limit our liability to the sums paid in advance for the online consultation services. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for access to our site and ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them

In no case shall MEHIR or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising from your use of the services obtained through the services, including but not limited to, lost profits, revenue, data, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold MEHIR Consultancy harmless against any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your breach of this User Agreement or violation of laws or third-party rights.
If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the agreement without affecting the validity of other provisions.
